Details for your contract were agreed upon, and you are on our calendar. You received an initial appointment notification email that included our arrival time and the name of the lead electrician for your project. The business day before your project, we called to provide a courtesy reminder. And you can expect the Radle Electric team to arrive on time. If an earlier emergency or troubleshooting job runs early / late (it happens), as soon as we know, we call so that you know.
When we arrive, we will:
- Introduce our work team
- Review the scope of work
- Stage the working area
- Remind you about power disconnections, if applicable
During your project, we will:
- Never smoke on your premises
- Eat lunch in our work vehicles
- Happily greet your pet(s) and maybe be unable to resist taking a photo for our Facebook page
- Keep you apprised about any changes
When wrapping-up your project, we will:
- Remove old fixtures and other materials (excludes appliances)
- Clean-up our work and staging areas (including, if working with the power company, anything left behind by them)
- Review proper operation for new or upgraded electrical
- Respond to questions or concerns about your project
- Review and collect open balance payment due for your project
- Be available to discuss future projects
- Thank you for your business – the Radle Electric team genuinely values you as one of our customers
